“The Consortium is firmly committed to the principle of the highest client satisfaction. In order to achieve this, we constantly strive to maintain the highest quality of services. Every employee contributes through his personal achievement to the adequacy and quality of the mechanisms for ensuring a continuous service, timely availability of specific expertise required for covering the different services to be implemented under the Framework Contract, a rapid response and the delivery of high quality results.

With a continuous process of quality improvement through the engagement of all members of the consortium, a permanent improvement in quality of our products and services will be achieved.
